100 mortar shells found north of Kirkuk
Aswat al-Iraq: Police patrols on Monday found a stockpile of ammunitions, containing 100 mortar shells in the north of Kirkuk, a senior police officer said. "Police patrols found on Monday afternoon (Jan. 5) a large depot in Shawan region in the north of Kirkuk," Brigadier Sarhad Qader told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. "The cache contains 100 mortar shells," he added.
