Pakistan not linked to Mumbai attack: Britain
 Visiting British Foreign Secretary David Miliband said in India on Tuesday he believes the Mumbai terror attacks were not directed by Islamabad -- contradicting Indian statements that the South Asian rival's state agencies were 'involved' -- but called on Pakistan to 'act properly' in bringing the perpetrators to justice. "I have said publicly, I don't believe the attacks were directed by Pakistani state ... and I think it is important to restate that. What is important is the approach of Pakistani state towards the Lashkar-e-Tayyaba (LT)," Miliband said while addressing a joint press conference with his Indian counterpart, Pranab Mukherjee.
