5 wanted men arrested, bomb defused in Mosul
Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqi army forces on Tuesday detained five wanted men during a security operation in northern Mosul, according to a security source. "A force from the 3rd brigade of the Iraqi army on Tuesday (Jan. 20) waged a security raid in al-Qahera neighborhood in northern Mosul, where it arrested five wanted men," the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. He did not add more details.Meanwhile, the same source said that the force managed to defuse a roadside bomb in al-Arabi neighborhood in northern Mosul, noting that the operation ended without casualties.
