15 Chechen hard boyz surrender after muftiâs condemnation
15 members of illegal armed groups voluntarily laid down their arms in Chechnya. A source in the regional staff for dealing with anti-terrorist activities in the North Caucasus told RBC that the surrendered rebels were from Vedeno and Nozhay-Yurt.
