JI may hit Indonesia during national elections
Indonesiaâs two most wanted terrorists may launch terror attacks to disrupt campaigning before national elections this year, the countryâs police chief warned Wednesday. "There are two men who are dangerous, terror bombers (Azahari bin Husin and Noordin Mohammed Top)," Gen. Daâi Bachtiar said. "If they use their abilities to make bombs, they can disrupt political campaigns. We will keep tracking them down." Indonesia is set to hold parliamentary elections April 5 and its first-ever direct presidential election on July 5.
