N. Korea to face U.N. sanctions for missile launch
South Korean foreign minister Yu Myung Hwan called on North Korea on Wednesday not to launch a long-range ballistic missile, warning it could face U.N. sanctions if it did. ''Whether North Korea launches a missile or a satellite, it is a violation of resolutions adopted at U.N.
