Infiltration bid foiled, Pakistani intruder killed in J&K
Foiling an infiltration bid, BSF troops on Friday gunned down a Pakistani intruder along the international border in Samba sector of Jammu region."BSF troops deployed observed suspicious movement of a Pakistani around 3.15 am," a BSF spokesman said here, adding the ambush party asked the intruder to stop but he started running towards the border fence. The troops opened fire and the intruder died on the spot about 150 meters inside Indian territory, he said adding an FIR has been lodged and dead body handed over to the police.
