Bosworth says willing to consider direct talks with N. Korea
[Kyodo: Korea] Stephen Bosworth, the U.S. special representative for North Korea policy, expressed willingness Tuesday to consider holding direct talks with North Korea when necessary, a Japanese lawmaker said.
