Taliban, forces agree to ceasefire in S Waziristan
 A jirga of the Ahmedzai Wazir tribe on Saturday negotiated a successful ceasefire between the Taliban and government forces in South Waziristan. "Both sides have agreed to a ceasefire," MNA Abdul Malik told Daily Times after holding talks with Political Agent Shahab Ali Khan.Malik said the Taliban had made two demands, including the removal of two government checkposts.
