Security Council does not either retract its adoption of a presidential statement over North KoreaŽs rocket launch or apologize for the adoption, a U.N. diplomatic source said Wednesday. ŽŽBasically it is impossible for the Security Council to retract or apologizeŽŽ for the adopted statement, the source said.
