Al-Qaeda "charity" front collected $1.4m from UN
So where does Osama get his money? Well, how about the United Nations? The BBC reports that a bin Laden front group called Muwafaq--Arabic for "blessed relief"--was part of a consortium of "charities" that collected a cool $1.4 million from the Nobel Peace Prize-winning international organization in 1997.
