Japan, U.S. outline draft UNSC resolution on N. Korea's nuclear test
[Kyodo: Korea] Japan and the United States have outlined a draft resolution of the U.N. Security Council over North KoreaŽs second nuclear test, U.N. diplomatic sources said Wednesday.
