 Lebanese-Syrian relations are deeply rooted, Lebanese President Michel Suleiman said Friday.Presenting Syrian Ambassador Ali Abdulkarim to Lebanese authorities stresses the two countries' commitment to the decisions taken in Damascus, Suleiman said in a statement issued on the sidelines of the event, Suleiman said. The significance of the step comes from the fact that such action is dictated by international laws, Suleiman said, noting Lebanese-Syrian relations are historic, and wished the ambassador all the best.
