D.C. councilman and former mayor Marion Barry was arrested Saturday night and charged with stalking a woman, police said.The United States Park Police said Barry was arrested in Washington after a woman flagged down an officer and complained that Barry was stalking her. Barry was charged with misdemeanor stalking and released. NBCWashington.com first reported that Barry was taken into custody in Southeast Washington on charges that involved a domestic situation, a high ranking D.C. police source said. A message left seeking comment from a spokeswoman for Barry wasn't immediately returned early Sunday. Barry served four terms as mayor.
