Roadside bomb in southern Thailand wounds 11
A roadside bomb planted by suspected Muslim insurgents in restive southern Thailand wounded 11 security forces Monday when one of them stepped on the explosive, police said. A group of soldiers and government-trained defense volunteers was on foot patrol near railway tracks in Narathiwat province when the small homemade bomb went off at a roadside, army spokesman Col.
