Egypt believes Shalit well
[Al Arabiya Latest] An Israeli soldier captured by Gaza-based militants more than three years ago is in good health, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said Tuesday, adding that he hoped he would soon be freed. Mubarak told his Israeli counterpart Shimon Peres who was on a rare visit to Cairo that he believed Gilad Shalit who was captured by Hamas three years ago was well and that he hoped the issue would not take a long time to resolve.Posted by: Fred 2009-07-08 |
