Aid situation in N. Korea more desperate: U.N. report
[Kyodo: Korea] The aid situation in North Korea has become more dire due to shortages of international aid, negatively impacted by Pyongyang"s moves to conduct more missile and nuclear tests, according to an annual U.N. report on North Korea"s human rights situation released Friday.
