Four Gojra riots accused granted bail
 The Lahore High Court (LHC) has granted bail to Pir Muhammad Bashir, Muhammad Ahmad, Muhammad Abid and Kaleemullah, allegedly involved in the Gojra riots that resulted in the deaths of nine Christians. The court ordered their release on bail bonds of Rs 100,000 each. The counsel for the petitioners, Malik Munsif Awan, argued they were not nominated in the first information report and were arrested by the police on suspicion.
