Nader just hates that bombing
"When are we going to learn from history?" Ralph Nader asked a cheering crowd of 1,500 at San Francisco's Masonic Auditorium. "When are we going to learn that we can't bomb our way to justice?" Instead of increasing U.S. security, said Nader, bombing Afghanistan would just give the Muslim world another reason to hate America. U.S. policies in the Middle East -- such as our.support for Saudi Arabia's repressive regime and our sanctions on Iraq, which have created misery for its civilian population -- have already alienated much of the Arab world, he noted.
