Israel complains to UN about Lebanon rocket fire
[Al Arabiya Latest] Israel said on Saturday it had lodged a complaint with the United Nations after two rockets fired from southern Lebanon struck the north of the country without causing any casualties as Russia voiced "particular concern" about actions that could raise tensions in the Middle East. "The sovereign government of Lebanon fails to meet its commitments under U.N.
