Security forces kill 17 militants: ISPR
[Dawn] 17 militants have been killed and 13 arrested during search and clearance operations in Swat and Malakand.According to ISPR, security forces conducted search operations in Tilligram, Benjot, Seer, Mangaltan and killed 12 militants. Five other militants were killed while security forces conducted a search operation at Kasona. Security forces conducted search operations at Goratai Kandar, Banjot and Garai Killa and apprehended five suspects from these areas. On the other hand, search and clearance operations conducted by security forces in Baz Darra Bala and Palai led to the arrest of eight terrorists.
