Obama writes personal letter to N. Koreas Kim Jong Il: report
[Kyodo: Korea] U.S. President Barack Obama has written a personal letter to North Korean leader Kim Jong Il, who received it from senior U.S. envoy Stephen Bosworth last week, the Washington Post reported Tuesday in its online edition.
