Terror network "diminished"
Embattled U.S. Director of National Intelligence Dennis C. Blair, in a letter yesterday to employees of the U.S. Intelligence Community: Al Qaida is diminished as evidenced by the fact they are sending inexperienced individuals without long association with al Qaida, but susceptible to jihadist ideology.
