N. Korea proposes peace accord talks to replace Korean War truce
 [Kyodo: Korea] North Korea on Monday proposed an ""early start"" of talks this year with countries involved in the 1950-1953 Korean War to replace the armistice that ended the conflict with a peace treaty.
