TTP Punjab commander killed in Shaktoi drone strike
 Asmatullah Muaviya, one of the main commanders of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan's Punjab chapter, was among the 10 persons killed in a US drone strike on January 14 in South Waziristan, a private TV news channel reported on Saturday.The drone had targeted a terrorist compound at Shaktoi village on Thursday. Muaviya was responsible for recruiting and training young men from Punjab and Azad Jammu and Kashmir for suicide attacks across the country. Earlier, a local news agency also reported the death of Qari Hussain and Muhammad Mehsud in the Shaktoi strike.
