Five civilians, including six year old, gunned down in Thai south
 A 45-year-old man and his wife, 39, were shot dead in an ambush early Saturday on their way to work at a rubber plantation in Pattani province. On Sunday morning in the same province, a six-year-old boy and his parents, aged 42 and 50, were killed as they were travelling by motorcycle, police said.
