Somalia: Islamist politician's home 'attacked'
The home of Somalia's Islamic Party leader Sheikh Oman Fidow Hassan was firebombed near the capital Mogadishu on Tuesday, the country's Radio Shabelle reported. So there you have it: his home was "attacked" with a "bomb." Hassan and his family were not at home at the time and no casualties were reported in the attack on Afgoi village, 30 kms south of Mogadishu, the radio reported. They were "out." Villagers said the attack caused a deafening explosion that was heard several kilometres away. The "explosion" was deafening. "It's not the first time that we've been attacked liked this.
