The Lord smites another Moroccan mosque, dooms only one
 [Maghrebia] A mosque collapsed Saturday (February 27th) in Morocco's Nador province, killing one person and injuring three others. Contractors were working to expand the dome of the Al-Amal mosque when it collapsed, MAP reported. The mosque was built in Zayo in 1994. On February 19th, the minaret of the 400-year old mosque near Bab El Berdiyine in the Meknes medina collapsed during Friday prayers, killing 41 people and injuring more than 80.Posted by: Fred 2010-03-01 |
