Breaking: Blast rocks Belfast's Palace Barracks
POLICE report an explosion at Palace Barracks in Belfast, Sky News said. The BBC said a number of families have been moved from their homes. Police and the fire service were at the scene.Local eyewitnesses said they heard a large bang just after midnight (local time), the BBC reports. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
