Quetta police arrest, release 20 media men
LAHORE: Police in Quetta arrested and later released 20 people, including journalists and staff of a TV channel, a private TV channel reported on Sunday. The people were protesting in front of the Balochistan Chief Minister's House against the manhandling of a journalist, Mustafa Tareen, at the hands of the police, the channel said. The police also seized Tareen's car, which has not been returned so far, the channel added. The channel said three policemen were suspended for torturing Tareen and arresting the 20 people.
