Saudi returns from 'false jihad' in Africa
 The Ministry of Interior said Wednesday that a Saudi had returned to the Kingdom from Africa after contacting the authorities expressing the wish to hand himself in. The statement from ministry spokesman Mansour Al-Turki follows last Sunday's announcement that wanted Al-Qaeda-linked militant Aqil Amish Aqil Al-Mutairi had turned himself in to the authorities.Al-Turki said Wednesday that the ministry was not disclosing the name of the latest returnee, but said he was not on the ministry's February 2009 list of 85 wanted terrorists.
