N. Korea denies alleged involvement in sinking of S. Korea ship
[Kyodo: Korea] North Korean leader Kim Jong Il denied Pyongyang's alleged involvement in the sinking of a South Korean warship during his visit to China in early May, sources close to six-party denuclearization talks said Friday. ""North Korea has maintained that it has nothing to do with the sinking"" of the 1,200-ton patrol ship Cheonan in late March, the sources quoted China as telling South Korea, the United States, Japan and other countries about Kim"s visit to China from May 3 to 7.
"No, no! Certainly not! It wuz... ummm... somebody else."
