Aleg massacre survivor thanks Mauritania, opposes death penalty
[Maghrebia] The only survivor of the 2007 Aleg terrorist attack, Francois Tollet, thanked Mauritania for finding and prosecuting the perpetrators but opposes the death penalty, Journal Tahalil reported Tollet as saying on Thursday (May 27th). "It's revenge. It's anything but what one might call justice...and then, it does not give me my kids back," said Tollet, who lost his two sons in the attack.
