N. Korea to severely punish guards for shooting 3 Chinese to death
[Kyodo: Korea] North Korea has told China it will ""severely punish"" those responsible for the fatal shooting of three Chinese people in a border area last week, China"s Xinhua News Agency reported Thursday.
