AP story from Providence, R.I. relates that story of 8-year-old Christan Morales, who made a hat decorated with an American flag and plastic soldiers. Since the toy soldiers were carrying teeny tiny weapons it violated the school's "zero tolerance" policy toward weaponry. The principal, in a burst of generosity, told the family that the hat would be okay if David replaced the Army men holding weapons with ones that didn't have any.The principal then squatted to pee before mincing off to a flower show...
