Gaddafi's son sends aid ship to Gaza
A CHARITY headed by the second son of Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi is sending an aid ship to Gaza just weeks after an attempt to break through Israel's blockade on the territory ended in disaster.
"Pay attention to meeeeeee!"
A vessel loaded with food and medicine from the Tripoli-based Gaddafi International Charity and Development Association - led by Saif al Islam Gaddafi - will set sail from Greece before this weekend.

The organisation told AFP the ship will carry "a number of supporters who are keen on expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people in the plight amidst the siege imposed on Gaza".

Nine Turkish activists were killed when Israeli commandos stormed an aid flotilla headed for the Gaza strip on May 31, in an operation that triggered international outrage.

Israel refused to apologize for its actions and vowed to intercept all other ships aimed at breaking the blockade.
