Gaza tunnels going out of business
Another take on the post we had the other day. | Smuggling tunnels linking Egypt and Gaza have been called a lifeline for Palestinians during Israel's stifling three-year blockade of the Palestinian territory.
But now that Israel is allowing more goods into Gaza, the smugglers have started going out of business.
More than 150 tunnel operations have closed and thousands of people risk losing their jobs.
I'm sure arms trafficking will pick up the slack.
Cheez, even Gaza has suffered in the Obama depression ... | Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston reports from Rafah, where the once busy smuggling bussiness has turned strangely quiet.
