Turkey confirms nuclear talks with Iran, Brazil
ANKARA - Turkeys foreign minister will meet his Iranian and Brazilian counterparts in Istanbul for talks on the Islamic republics nuclear programme, a Turkish diplomat said Saturday. Ahmet Davutoglu of Turkey will host Manouchehr Mottaki of Iran and Celso Amorim of Brazil at a lunch on Sunday, the diplomat, speaking on condition of anonymity, told AFP.
The agenda of the meeting will be nuclear issues. Its aim is to show that diplomatic initiatives are continuing for a resolution of the international standoff over Tehrans atomic drive, she added.

Under the deal, Iran agreed to send 1,200 kilograms of its low-enriched uranium (LEU) to Turkey to be supplied at a later date with high-enriched uranium by Russia and France.
