Brewer Seeks Dismissal of federal Complaint
AP article. Brewer asks a U.S. District judge to throw out the Obama suit, saying just because Mexico doesn't like it does not make it unconstitutional.In a related story on the radio this morning, the newscaster worried that some people were afraid, and are returning to Mexico. Awwwwwww..... But not all - one person interviewed said he was "going to stay and fight it out." Stay suggests he's here illegally, and fight it out means he thinks he'll be able to stay.
