Nuevo Leon: Gangs "Narcobloque" Sites in Monterrey

Blocks have been used for sometime in Monterrey and their use has been extensive in the recent and ongoing fighting in Reynosa, Tamaupilas between criminal gangs, and Mexican police and military forces.
