N Korea develops camouflage tactics
[Iran Press] North Korea has developed a special stealth paint to camouflage its warships, tanks and fighter planes from foreign reconnaissance satellites and aircraft."Modern warfare is stealth warfare. We can say that victory or defeat will be determined by how we carry out stealth warfare," the Chosun Ilbo newspaper quoted North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il as saying in a confidential manual used by the North's military. The 2005 manual, which was smuggled out of the country, describes how the tactic helps conceal facilities or equipment and how to make military units look as if they are moving when they are not in order to deceive South Korean and US reconnaissance.
