3 Wounded, including Groom, in Wedding Fire in Adma
[An Nahar] Three people were wounded in a fire caused by fireworks at an indoor wedding party in Regency Palace Hotel in Adma north of Beirut.LBC TV broadcast live footage of the fire which broke out around 10:00 pm at the hotel's "Caesar Hall." While the bride escaped unscathed, the groom was seen with burns to his face and hands. A number of people were seen lying on the floor, suffocating. While Civil Defense teams were trying to extinguish the fire, security forces and Red Cross rescue workers were evacuating the wounded and the guests from the hall.
