JERUSALEM -- As Israel's prime minister flew to Washington for new Middle East peace talks, President Shimon Peres insisted on Tuesday that any future Palestinian state must be demilitarised.The Paleos can have a lightly-armed police force, enough to crack the heads of the splinter groups, but that's it until they prove themselves.
