18 killed in Teerah Valley airstrike
BARA: Gunship helicopters bombed three vehicles, killing 18 people and injuring over 25 others in Naray Baba area of Teerah Valley in Khyber Agency on Tuesday. Sources said the helicopters mistook civilians for terrorists and fired at the vehicles. A hospital and a mosque were also destroyed in the airstrike. The relatives of the victims staged a protest and shouted slogans against two federal ministers from the tribal area. They demanded an inquiry into the incident.
