Judge rules against guvmint on oil drilling ban
Judge tosses the lawsuit brought by Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc and others on June 7th. The original was tossed in New Orleans on June 22nd. The B.O. regime changed a bit of the language and kept the net effect, requesting dismissal of the suit since the new ban overrode the original.
