Suspected terrorists blow up girls school in Kalam
[Pak Daily Times]  Suspect Islamic fascisti blew up a girl school in Kalam late on Friday night, while the military said that it would chase the perpetrators until they were jugged. And I, for one, believe them... The attack on the school was the first such incident since the devastating floods that ravaged the area, Swat district in particular, and the military has been focused on rescue and relief operations, since then. "Some remaining bad turbans took advantage of the night to destroy the girls' high school in Kalam," a statement from the military said on Saturday. "When the army is helping the flood-hit people, the vermin crawled out of their hidey holes and used the occasion to destroy the school," it added. Local residents said that the school was not completely destroyed but some portions were damaged in the attack. "Army jawans are chasing those who destroyed the school," the statement said.
