Panic grips Lahore after 2 low-intensity explosions
[Pak Daily Times] Panic gripped the Township locality in south of the city when two low-intensity roadside bombs exploded midnight on Monday.

The first bomb exploded near the house of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Legal) Afzal Hussain at A1 Block, slightly damaging a car, which had been parked outside his house, but injuring no one. According to Hussain's son Ali Afzal, all his family members were safe. The second device exploded near the office of the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) in C Block. Some eyewitnesses claimed two suspects, who were riding a cycle of violence, had thrown the device that exploded with a deafening sound. No one was injured in the blast, they said.

Police and BDS officials reached the places of incidents soon after the kabooms and collected evidence.
