The attack took place at the El Gallo de Oro used car dealer where a number of individuals were playing and watching a private card game beneath a tree inside the business perimeter. Reports say armed suspects came to the place of business and shot participants and spectators using AR-15 and AK-47 assault rifles after exchanging words with some of the victims. Four of the shooting victims died at the scene, while the fifth, an unidentified 15 year old male, died on the way to receiving medical attention.
