Boehner Demands Pelosi Pledge Up-or-Down Vote on Tax Hikes
In his weekly press conference this morning, House Republican Leader John It's not pronounced 'Boner,' dammit!Boehner (R-Ohio) will demand House Speaker Nancy ( San Fran Nan) Pelosi (D-Calif.) pledge at her on-camera presser today to allow an up-or-down vote on Democrats proposed tax hikes on small business this year. Democrats leadership wants limited tax breaks, singling out small business owners for a crippling year-end tax increase. It could happen. I could also wake up tomorrow morning 50 pounds lighter, with my hair grown back. Democrat leaders are afraid a vote to block the tax hikes on business would succeed so the current class warfare game plan is to use their majority status to block that vote from ever taking place.
