Kashmir not an integral part of India: FO
Do note that it's the Pakistani Foreign Office, which already has a Kashmir of its own, not the Indian one.
[Pak Daily Times] Kashmir is not an integral part of India as it is an internationally recognised issue, Foreign Office Spokesman Abdul Basit said on Sunday. Talking to a private news channel, he said the issue could not be resolved under the constitution of India. It was an international issue and the United Nations, aka the Oyster Bay Chowder and Marching Society had passed resolutions for its solution and ultimately it would have to be resolved in accordance with the Kashmiris aspirations, he said. "When there will be a change in Indian policy which has been inflexible in the past, then certainly the talks will prove beneficial between the two countries. Since June 11, there is use of brute force by India in Indian Kashmir and nearly 110 Kashmiris have been martyred," he added.
